The premise of the game is that a scientist is researching a way to make himself invisible. Though he succeeds in doing so, the process does not exactly go smoothly. Throughout the game players will hear sound effects and real voices taken directly from footage of the movie.

The sound effects used in the game help to move the action along as when the reels are spinning the music speeds up. Each symbol has its own realistic sound effect as well.

The Game’s Symbols

The game’s symbols fit in nicely with its themes. Unlike many other video slot machine games The Invisible Man actually has two wild symbols; the Griffin and the Police. The Griffin wild symbol will only show up on the game’s fifth reel and will move in the direction of the left side of the game screen during play. The Police wild symbol only shows up on the game’s first reel and moves from the right hand side of the screen to the left hand side. Eventually it will come to the fifth reel and then move past it during gameplay. Anytime either wild symbol appears on the screen players are given a re-spin and the symbol moves either to the right or to the left. The standard symbols in The Invisible Man are Hora Cranley, Dr. Cranly, Arthur Kemp and Mr. and Mrs. Hall.

When both wild symbols end up in the same position on the game screen they join forces to trigger the free spin round in which players are given 10 spins. If both wild symbols again join forces during the free spin round players get four more free spins for each occurrence.

Located above the reels on the game screen are two separate meters consisting of eight spaces each. One meter represents the Griffin wild symbol and the other meter represents the Police wild symbol. When those eight spaces are filled on the Griffin or Police meters the game’s bonus feature is triggered. This feature begins as soon as the free spin round has been completed.

Bonus Game

The bonus game is called Griffin’s Rage and it moves players from the main game screen to a screen including three separate locations. Players then click on the items on the screen until they click the wrong item, ending the bonus game. Clicking on the items awards players with multipliers that can as much as quadruple a player’s winnings. It could also get them a cash prize as well. There is also a bonus feature using the Police symbol that can get players three spins for free. During this feature five of the burning wild symbols could show up on the reels.
